Under its Education initiative, YASA has a long-term program called Menara Gading Academy which aims to reduce poverty through academic excellence. The two-year program brings together secondary school students from disadvantaged families to prepare them academically for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia national examination and ensure they have access to proper and quality higher education.

In addition, YASA currently operates three religious education centers in Pahang for approximately 300 primary school students from poor families.
