In line with the theme of Labour Day 2024, “Pekerja Kesuma Bangsa” (Workers, the Nation’s Treasure), workers are the backbone and hope for the development, progress, and prosperity of a nation.

The selection of this year’s Labour Day theme is in line with the government’s initiative to nurture human capital that embodies cultural values and shared aspirations, while also being competent to continuously innovate and explore new fields that will determine the future competitiveness and prosperity of the nation.
