The official opening ceremony of the China–Malaysia High-Speed Railway & New Energy Vehicle Culture Study Camp 2025 was held at Liuzhou Railway Vocational Technical College (LRVTC), China.

The ceremony was officiated by the President of LRVTC, Mr. Qin Haibo, together with Tuan Haji Mohd Fakhrul Islam bin Juhali, General Manager of the Al-Sultan Abdullah Foundation (YASA), and was attended by Professor Dato’ Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Ziad bin Sulaiman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International) of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and Program Director of the Akademi Menara Gading (AMG), along with 11 secondary school principals from Pahang.

The event also witnessed the exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between LRVTC and Malaysian schools as a sign of commitment towards collaboration in the fields of high-speed rail technology and new energy vehicles.
