On 1 July 2025, a site visit was conducted at HD Bukit Jalil as part of the evaluation process for the purpose of licensing approval of the healthcare premises, in accordance with the requirements of Form 4 under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998. The visit was attended by representatives from the Private Medical Practice Control Branch (CKAPS) Putrajaya as well as representatives from CKAPS Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

The purpose of this site visit was to ensure that the premises comply with the technical standards, guidelines, and legal requirements set forth before the issuance of the license. It is hoped that the entire evaluation process proceeds smoothly in order to ensure the quality and safety of the healthcare services provided to the community.
